Question 1

How do I book an appointment at NUME Beauty?

Accepted Answer

Simply visit numebeauty.co.uk, choose your treatment from the Services section, pick a date and time, and complete the booking form. No deposit is needed — your booking is confirmed straight away and you pay on the day.

Question 2

Do I need a patch test before lash or brow treatments?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first lash tint, brow tint, or henna brow appointment, and after any break of 6+ months.

Question 3

What is the cancellation policy at NUME Beauty?

Accepted Answer

48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee and must be made by messaging the salon on Instagram rather than on the website. No-shows are charged at the full treatment price, and no future appointments can be made until that payment has been received.

Question 4

Where is NUME Beauty located?

Accepted Answer

NUME Beauty is at 45 Windermere Road, Barnsley, S71 1EG. Street parking is available outside.

Question 5

Does NUME Beauty offer gift vouchers?

Accepted Answer

Yes — gift vouchers are available for all treatments at numebeauty.co.uk. Our cancellation policy applies to voucher bookings.

Question 6

What age is required for fine line tattoos?

Accepted Answer

Fine line tattoos are strictly for clients aged 18 and over. ID may be requested on the day. Clients under 16 require a parent or guardian for other treatments.
